Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are processed within [1-3 business days]. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

Changes to Your Order: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within [30 minutes] of placing your order. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Supremedryx. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested.

Cancellation & Refund

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at supremedryx@gmail.com . After 24 hours, your order will be processed, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

  • Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 7 days from the delivery date.

  • Refund Process: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a 7 to 15 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
